8、委托方审核整套单据，确认货款收悉后寄送提单给外方收货人。
10、预录完后，施瑞按照出口报关单的信息，将“开票资料”发送给委托方。
11、委托方或供应商按照“开票资料”的要求向施瑞开具增值税发票，并附上内贸合同用于退税。(内贸合同时间须比出口时间早一个月,合同编号为该票的施瑞的操作号)
12、施瑞审核增值税发票、核销、退税。
