1. 空运货物如何包装
国际空运货物由于在路途遥远，途中又可能会有转运的情况，中转环节较多，因此对外包装的要求较高。包装应尽可能规范、打包时要工整，要有明显标识如向上箭头、易碎标签等，以避免货物在转运过程中损坏、散失等。
2. 转运
部分偏港、无直达航班的地区或者出于经济考虑，可安排中转航班，有二程甚至三程航班，还可安排卡车联运。
3. 目的港提货
货物到达目的港后，航空公司会根据提单上面的电话通知收货人，收货人凭单位凭证及个人身份证（与提单指定人相符）到航空公司换单，办理进口清关手续后方可提货 。
4. 玻璃可以空运么
可以，但是玻璃包装必须是封闭木箱，并打三角架。
